CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

To register, complete the registration form. The early bird registration fee of $175 includes meals from Wednesday lunch through Friday breakfast, lodging for Wednesday and Thursday nights, special events, and the conference fee. Since sleeping accommodations and meals must be guaranteed in advance, it is imperative that you complete the registration form and return it by September 17, 1999. Fees cannot be prorated for individuals not planning to stay for the entire conference. Space is limited; rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis! Registrations made after September 17, 1999 will be $200.

CONFERENCE FACILITY

The conference is held at the Rock Eagle 4-H Center, located between Eatonton and Madison on Highway 441. Facilities include cottages, buildings for meetings and displays, two recreation fields, a nature trail, a trading post, a miniature golf course, and a 110-acre lake with fishing and boating available for public use.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Attendees will be provided with a cabin assignment only if they indicate that lodging is required on the registration form. If you prefer not to stay at Rock Eagle, there are some hotels options http://www.morgan.public.lib.ga.us/madison/stay.html in Madison, Georgia. All cabins and meeting rooms have been designated as nonsmoking areas. Individuals wishing to smoke may do so outside or in the designated smoking areas. Rock Eagle is a camp facility; attendees should dress for comfort.

ROCK EAGLE ARRIVAL

All attendees may collect their information packets in Georgia Power 1 upon their arri-val on Wednesday, October 20th, from 9 AMÐ5 PM or Thursday, October 21st, from 9 AM - 12 NOON. Each information packet will include name badge, conference agenda & proceedings, attendee & vendor lists, meal tickets, and cabin assignment.

CANCELLATIONS

Registration is essential for conference planning. If you need to cancel your conference registration for any reason, you must notify Tamara Boyd at (404) 463-7965 or e-mail her at tboyd@rgtofc.regents.peachnet.edu. Accommodations are limited, and someone may need your room. Refunds will be made if the request is postmarked on or before October 8, 1999. Allow 4 - 6 weeks for a refund.
